When I am not outdoors skiing, hiking or biking with my family, I have two decades of experience in the outdoor industry as well as, apparel and footwear sports fashion industry.
Most recently I lead the PUMA Kids apparel, accessories, bodywear, legwear & swim teams from artwork retrieval, design, go-to-market product and distribution strategy, all the way to sell-in market meetings and working cross functionally to solve process inefficiencies, through ensuring on time seasonal delivery.
My skills include building GTM distribution & sales strategies, project management, wholesale account marketing and retail experience.
In the past few years, I achieved double digit growth within the kids' apparel, accessories, bodywear & legwear categories by presenting new opportunities and growing existing categories.
I managed a strong team by leading via motivation, transparency, collaboration and praise, to create a happy team environment.
I have a passion for creating efficiencies and creating plans to solve your companies pain points.

I have experience launching new product segments with the goal of increasing brand awareness and untapped sales in a new category. Building the business GTM plan to include a competitor analysis, projected 3–5-year plans, the product design direction, distribution, marketing and sales implementation.

Working at a global, consumer focused brand, creating seasonal product strategies helped the sales and marketing teams have a clear direction and purpose. The WHY or end goal enables everyone to row in the same direction. Once the product line or service intent is created, having a larger meeting with the cross functional teams can result in constructive feedback and make the final product even better.

I was tasked with elevating the kids apparel product assortment and the distribution channel. To do this, I partnered with the sales and merchant teams, to build a strategy that looked at what apparel was successful in men's and women's, as well as trending silhouettes with our target consumer, and the channels we needed to sell in to be successful. The result was selling more kids apparel in new stores, in more cities.

I will work with you to build an event or marketing plan to highlight the purpose of said event, outline all event details, recommend promotions, assist in hiring an agency or additional personal, through to event lead up with specific milestones. I would not act as an event manager but would be available for all event pre-planning.
When I was in wholesale account marketing, I was responsible for various product launches in tandem with the account partner. Making sure to stay true to both the partner and the brand, while making sure sales targets were met. Creating a full immersive consumer experience brought energy, shared belief in the product and in turn sales.

Is there a lack of efficiency in a part of your business and you know it needs improvement, but don't know where to start or have the time?
I had a situation where product shipments were late to the stores. I dug in and worked with various departments to find where the breakdown was. Got everyone together and held a two-day Summit to breakdown the issues, set clear roles & responsibilities and built out a process. The result was improved communication and on- time deliveries.
